Motto: About Paradigm Cinemas: Paradigm Cinema is a motion picture exhibitor located in Morristown, TN. The Company has four screens with a total seating capacity of 700. Paradigm Cinema offers many of the same amenities as other first-run theatres, including wall-to-wall screens, comfortable seating with cup holder armrests, dolby stereo surround sound, concession stand and video games. We are dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering filmed entertainment, excellent service, quality products, and furnishing an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship. We maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work environment, which respects diversity, ideas, and hard work. Our Mission: To provide affordable entertainment and quality services by offering a wide selection of films attractive to a diverse group of patrons residing within the drawing area of the theatre complex. About the Owner: Michael T. Kyle has gained extensive experience in business via previous employment with Plus Mark, Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN, ChaseMellon Financial Services, MCIWorldcom and BOC Gases in the state of New Jersey. He received his MBA from UT @ Chattanooga in 1998 while attending Rutgers University as a visiting student (transferred 12 hours from Rutgers University to receive his degree) and received two undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance in 1995 from UT @ Chattanooga.
